Pursuant to the Law on Banks of the Republic of Lithuania, on 2 May 2013 the Kaunas Regional court opened bankruptcy proceedings against AB Ūkio bankas and appointed UAB Valnetas as bankruptcy administrator. During the bankruptcy procedure the bank’s activities are governed by the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the Law on Financial Institutions and the Law on Banks.
