Secured loans
A secured loan is a loan with unlimited maximum amount. The maximum amount granted depends on your family’s income and the value of pledged property.
How can a secured loan be used?
- The loan may be used for property acquisition, for small business, payment for studies, treatment, service, various expenditure and other needs.
- If the loan amount does not exceed LTL 50,000 or in certain cases is above that amount, the granted credit is transferred to your payment card account or your bank account.
- If the loan is used for the acquisition of property or services, the funds from the loan account are usually transferred directly to the sellers against documents submitted by you, such as agreements, invoices etc.
If you want to know whether you are eligible for the secured loan or should you have more questions, please contact your nearest Ūkio Bankas Branch or Client Service Unit. You may also send an inquiry via the Internet.
