Consumer loans are granted and may be used for purchasing various goods, for travelling, studies, medical treatment, home improvement, buying a new car and other needs.
Usually consumer loans are not granted for business, buying securities, construction and loan repayment.

Consumer loan with job loss insurance protection is ensured by UAB DK PZU LIETUVA.

Job loss insurance is intended for consumer loan receivers.

In case of insurance event, insurance company will cover consumer loan premiums half a year.

Insurance is registered along with the consumer loan – no additional documents are required.

Single insurance premium may be calculated out of loan amount.

Insurance is valid during all period of loan agreement until the loan is repaid.

Consumer loans with life insurance

Consumer loans are granted and may be used for purchasing various goods, for travelling, studies, treatment, home improvement, buying a new car and other needs. Usually consumer loans are not granted for business, buying securities, construction and loan repayment.
The consumer loan with life insurance is secured by GD UAB Bonum Publicum.

Life insurance is intended for consumer loan recipients.

In the case of insured event the insurance company will pay off the outstanding consumer loan balance.

The insurance is documented together with consumer loan; no supplementary documents are required.

One off insurance premium may be withheld from the loan amount.

The insurance remains effective for the entire term of the loan agreement until the loan is paid in full.

The terms of consumer loan

Private clients aged 18 and above with at least 6-month continuous income that may be confirmed by documents are eligible for consumer loans.

Consumer loans are granted in LTL, EUR.
-
The minimum loan amount is LTL 1,000 (EUR 300) and the maximum amount is LTL 40,000 (EUR 11,500).

The maximum credit term is 60 months.

Consumer loan repayment security:
-
no surety of another person is required for a loan of up to LTL 10,000 (EUR 2,900);

if the loan amount exceeds LTL 10,000 (EUR 2,900) you should provide the surety of your spouse or another person;

if you or a person standing surety for you are/is the owner of real estate, the maximum loan amount you can receive is LTL 30,000 (EUR 8,700);

if you or a person standing surety for you have/has pledged real estate with AB Ūkio bankas, the maximum loan amount you can receive is LTL 40,000 (EUR 11,500).

You may use the opportunity to repay the loan prior to maturity without any extra fees.

What documents should be submitted?

Filled in Application for a loan;

Your and your spouse’s passports;

Your and your spouse’s social insurance certificates;

If the source of credit repayment is other regular income than salary – documents evidencing the income (lease agreements, copyright agreements etc.) as well as documents giving proof of the receipt of such income (bank account statements, certificates etc.);

Copies of your and your spouse’s financial commitments (credit, leasing agreements, insurance policies etc.).
The Bank may ask for other documents as well.

Consumer loan repayment

The repayment of a consumer loan shall start at least on the following calendar month after signing the loan agreement.

The loan may be repaid by equal monthly instalments of the principal and interest charged to the outstanding loan amount or in monthly annuities, paying equal parts of the principal and the interest.

The outstanding principal amount and interest will be debited from your bank account every month on the agreed day.
