A mobile electronic signature is a modern tool of working in Eta bankas, which can be used instead of PIN/TAN code cards and an electronic digipass. It will be enough for you to replace your SIM card at Omnitel salon in order to log in and sign in Eta bankas in an electronic manner. You will be able to do so by using a single password specially designed for this purpose (sPIN).

How to become a mobile electronic signature user?

Visit the nearest Omnitel salon, conclude an agreement on electronic signature service provision and have your Omnitel subscriber SIM card replaced with the SIM card of new generation.

Activate your electronic signature: send an SMS with the keyword ‘SERT’ by short number 1333 and observe records on your mobile phone. Upon successful activation of the service you will receive a message of confirmation. In case some problems arise, please call short number 1533.
RC USB key
Cryptographic USB media with qualified certificates issued by the Centre of Registers (RC) is a safe and convenient way of logging in Eta bankas and signing documents by an electronic signature.

Safe. An RC USB key is linked with the signatory; it allows identifying the signatory; it has been developed using the tools that can be handled at the signatory’s volition only; it is linked with the signed data so that any changes in the data are noticeable.

How to become an RC USB key user?

In order to acquire an RC USB key, you should visit a branch of the state enterprise Centre of Registers or its unit and produce a personal identity document and an application. Upon receiving the RC USB key with qualified certificates, activate it following the instructions of the Centre of Registers.
Personal identity card
A personal identity card with a chip represents the main personal document of the citizen of the Republic of Lithuania confirming his identity and citizenship, which can also be used for identifying or verifying the person in the electronic area or signing electronic data by an electronic signature. Ūkio bankas provides the possibility of logging in Eta bankas and signing documents therein by using the personal identity card of the Republic of Lithuania.

Safe. The personal identity card of the Republic of Lithuania is unambiguously linked with the signatory and allows identification of the signatory. When logging in Eta bankas and signing documents therein you will have to enter the unique PIN of your personal identity card that is issued at the time of collecting the card. Furthermore, both the visual and electronic safety of the card is ensured by the competent public authorities.

How and where the personal identity card of the Republic of Lithuania can be acquired?

To acquire the personal identity card of the Republic of Lithuania, you have to visit the selected Migration Office (a list of migration offices is posted on www.migracija.lt) and submit the required documents (a list of the required documents is posted on www.migracija.lt).
PIN and TAN cards
A PIN card contains PINs which are used to log on Eta bankas. A TAN card contains a printed set of unique TANs which is used for signing documents in Eta bankas. After the requested TAN has been entered it is no longer valid. After all TANs of the set have been used a client is issued with a new set of TANs.
Digipass
It is a device generating codes necessary for logging on and signing documents in Eta bankas.
