Electronic government

Via Eta bankas Ūkio bankas clients can log in the electronic systems of state authorities and use the electronic services provided by the State.

What is the benefit of this service?

• You will be able to use the electronic services provided by state authorities directly on the internet.
• You will not need to visit a state authority to sign agreements – your personal data (name, surname and ID number) will be transmitted via safe electronic channels by Ūkio bankas.

How the electronic services of the State can be used via Eta bankas?

First method

1. On a state authority’s website select log in the electronic system via Ūkio bankas.
2. You will be directed to Eta bankas registration window. Enter your registration data here.
3. After registration the windows of two systems will be opened for you: those of state authority’s electronic system and Eta bankas.
4. After successful registration you will be able to use services provided in the electronic system. During your first connection to the electronic system you may be asked to sign an electronic agreement.

Second method

1. Log in Eta bankas on Ūkio bankas website.
2. Select ‘Information’ in Eta bankas top menu.
3. On the right menu, you will see a list of e-systems of the state authorities you may get connected to.
4. Select the desired electronic system, log in and use its services. During your first connection to the electronic system you may be asked to sign an electronic agreement.

You can use the services of the following public authorities upon logging in via per Eta bankas.

	On the electronic service system of Kaunas City Municipality (in Lithuanian) you can administrate public services provided by Kaunas City Municipality. The new system describes over 100 services.
	The electronic service system of the State Enterprise Centre offers the following possibilities: for legal persons (representatives of legal person) to download electronic forms of financial statements; to submit financial statement documents to the manager of Legal Persons’ Register; check the status of the submitted financial statements (results of submission, acceptance and processing).
	The State Tax Inspectorate’s electronic declaration system (in Lithuanian) allows natural and legal persons submit declarations in an electronic manner, check the status thereof and adjust the provided information. Upon successful submission of the electronic declaration its paper version need not be submitted.
	On the public electronic service portal (in Lithuanian) e-Gate of the Government natural persons may: check information on contributions paid to Sodra (the State Social Insurance Fund) by employers; check the scope of provided medical services and prescribed medicines.
	On Vilnius City Municipality’s electronic service system (in Lithuanian) you may use the following electronic services: issuance of archive certificates concerning other information (leave of absence, harmful conditions etc.) from the documents of the Municipality; issuance of copies of documents of liquidated companies; issuance of copies of Municipality's documents; issuance of extracts from documents of liquidated companies; issuance of extracts from Municipality’s documents; electronic daybook service; other electronic services.
