Presently there is an increasing number of frauds in the market when persons introducing themselves as employees of state enterprises and services (f.e. Financial Crime Investigation Service) encourage the residents to enter into electronic banking agreements at the banks and later ask to for personal data and electronic banking codes by the telephone.
Ūkio bankas one more time reminds all residents and warns not to submit their personal data (personal identification, passport or other documents’ numbers, etc.), electronic banking codes and passwords, cards or accounts numbers under any circumstances. We remind that the bank never requests its clients to submit any personal information by electronic mail or telephone. Such requests are illegal therefore submitting the said data to the strangers you risk to lose your money.
