How to acquire this card?

• By using Eta bankas:
  • login on Eta bank as and on the main menu select: Agreements → Application Issue a Personal Card;
  • complete and sign the electronic form of the application.
• At Ūkio bankas branch office of unit:
  • to receive a MasterCard Žalgiris card, please complete the Application to Issue a Personal Card;
  • to receive a card with a credit limit, please submit required information in the application;
  • please bring in a personal identification document (if you apply for a credit limit but have not worked for a 6-month period with your present employer, a Bank's officer will ask you to additionally submit a certificate about the earnings from your employer);
  • please deliver the completed application and a personal identification document to the Bank's officer who will inform when to collect the card.
