Our investment

Ūkio bankas holds the following subsidiaries:

  • Leasing company UAB Ūkio banko lizingas (in Lithuanian) – the company’s share capital is LTL 1 million, all shares (100,000 shares) are owned by Ūkio bankas;
  • UAB Ūkio banko investicijų valdymas – the company’s share capital is LTL 2,000,000, all shares (2,000) are owned by Ūkio bankas;
  • UAB Ūkio banko rizikos kapitalo valdymas – the company’s authorised capital amounts to LTL 19,924,000 all shares (199,245) are held by Ūkio bankas;
  • RAB Ūkio bank lizing – a 100 percent interest is held by Ūkio bankas’ subsidiary UAB Ūkio banko rizikos kapitalo valdymas.
  • GD UAB Bonum Publicum authorised capital amounts to LTL 14 million, all shares (14,010) are owned by Ūkio bankas.
